Anti-corruption statement

Anker Innovations Technology Co.,Ltd. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and representative offices (hereinafter referred to as "Anker Innovations" or "the Company") believe that commercial corruption affects fair market competition and has a negative impact on society, economy and the Company's own development. Anker Innovations adheres to the principle of fair dealing, scrupulously abides by business ethics, and complies with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations where the Company does business, including anti-corruption laws in China, The United Nations Convention against Corruption, The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of the United States and The Bribery Act 2010. Anker Innovations has a "zero tolerance" attitude towards corruption. We adhere to ethical conduct in the course of conducting business, and we will not attempt to improperly influence others directly or indirectly by paying or offering any form of bribe.

Anker Innovations will implement active and effective measures and management systems to prevent commercial corruption. Anker Innovations requires all employees to comply with the Anker Integrity and Self-discipline Management Regulations. Anker Innovations prohibits its employees and any and all entities and individuals engaged in business activities on behalf of Anker Innovations from bribing government officials, third-party entities, or individuals in any direct or indirect way to obtain business opportunities. If suppliers, agents, consultants, or other business partners (Partners) attempt to improperly influence Anker Innovations by paying or offering any form of bribe, employees must refuse such an offer and report such conduct to the Company. The Company has set up an Anker Integrity and Self-Reporting System and Anker Integrity and Self-Discipline Information Reward Scheme to handle such reports. Anker Innovations contractually mandates its Partners’ strict adherence to all applicable anti-corruption laws and to Anker Innovations’ Anti-Corruption statement.
